Avant la période d’exposition : Pendant les 7 jours qui précèdent la 1ère exposition, appliquer chaque matin : pour accélérer le bronzage, augmenter les capacités anti oxydantes de la peau et diminuer les risques de réactions cutanées sous le soleil. Pendant la période d’exposition : 20 minutes avant l’exposition puis au cours de l’exposition en association avec la protection solaire adaptée à l’exposition. Le soir (avant application du soin après soleil) pour recharger la peau en défenses antioxydantes et en précurseurs de mélanine. Après la période d’exposition : Matin ou soir avant le soin habituel pour prolonger et entretenir le bronzage.
